没注册就出现一个叫填EMAIL的框
填入你的EMAIL
（主意，我试过了，只有以@zj.com和@china.com.cn的邮箱可以申请

然后进入下一页

OK，注册流程基本上到这就完毕了
到信箱看，有第一封系统发的信

会收到第二封信通知你是否成功
